For two weeks, Moonlit Hub’s pilot local clients are getting the red-carpet treatment—and we’re putting Promotions Management to the test.
There’s a pretty big difference between posting on social media and managing a promotion.
Moonlit Hub is about to demonstrate it.
As we begin expanding into local business promotions, we’ve chosen our first local clients as something of a pilot program. They’re receiving special introductory pricing while we develop, test and refine what a full Moonlit Hub promotional service can look like.
And for the first two weeks?
We’re going all in.
The Full-Court Press
Our pilot clients aren’t simply getting a couple of Facebook posts and a bill at the end of the month.
For these first two weeks, they’re getting the red-carpet treatment—with all the bells and whistles.
That means looking at the business as a whole and asking what we can do to get it noticed.
Graphics.
Advertising copy.
Website content.
Promotional campaigns.
Specials.
Recurring promotions.
Event concepts.
Cross-promotion.
Scheduling.
Brand consistency.
And when something isn’t working—or an unexpected opportunity appears—changing direction instead of blindly following a content calendar.
Social media is one tool in that toolbox.
It isn’t the whole toolbox.
Why Promotions Management?
A social media manager is generally expected to manage a business’s presence on social platforms.
That’s valuable work.
But Moonlit Hub is testing something broader.
We want to know what happens when one person can look at the website, advertising, graphics, promotions and campaign strategy together instead of treating each one as a separate job.
If we create a promotion, we can build the graphics for it.
If it needs a home on the website, we can put it there.
If the website needs functionality to support it, we can build that.
If an idea isn’t connecting with people, we can change it.
And if we wake up one morning with a ridiculous idea that just might work?
Well…
We can try that, too.
Our First Local Test
Perry Venue and BlueJay Market are giving Moonlit Hub the opportunity to put that approach into practice locally.
That makes these first two weeks valuable for everybody involved.
Our clients receive far more promotional attention than would normally be included at their introductory price.
Moonlit Hub gets something equally important: real-world information.
What gets attention?
What gets ignored?
Which graphics work?
Which promotions make people stop scrolling?
What gets people to visit the website?
And ultimately, what helps turn attention into customers?
Because that’s the part that matters.
Then We Look at the Results
At the end of the two-week pilot push, we’ll be able to look back at what happened and use what we’ve learned to refine Moonlit Hub’s ongoing Promotions Management service.
Some ideas will work.
Some probably won’t.
Some may surprise us completely.
That’s the point.
We’re not interested in selling local businesses a predetermined number of posts and calling that a marketing strategy.
We want to find out what Moonlit Hub can accomplish when we bring web development, graphic design, content and promotion together and give a local business our full attention.
For the next two weeks, we’re about to find out.
The gloves are off. The red carpet is down. Let’s see what we can do.
